Founded on a Mission to Help
Paragon Property Solutions was founded by Steve DeLeon with a single goal: to give homeowners a better, faster, and more dignified way to sell their properties. After more than 15 years in the real estate industry, Steve saw firsthand how the traditional selling process left many homeowners stressed, overwhelmed, and financially drained.
We started small — buying a few homes in South Jersey — and grew through word of mouth because we treated every seller the way we'd want to be treated. Today, we operate as DNL Home Buyers and Paragon Property Solutions, serving homeowners throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia.
